Shrink wrap packaging, luxurious feel to the unwrapping event. As described, all fine. Manual in plenty of European languages, usage similar to other earphones I've owned. The sound equals the Lenovo XT80 that these replace (the Lenovo left earphone got a volume problem, stayed 20dB lower, I've managed with balance to use them until these arrived), obviously only if the right size caps are used. With all of these you need a good seal, or you lose the base. If none of the three provided caps work for you, get some of the memory foam ones for a dollar before claiming too little base. I tested with Signal Generator, got a good and equal subjective sound level out of these from 30Hz to above 12kHz where my old ears stop hearing (they likely go all the way up to 20kHz and above). Testing with playback of music was fine too, clear vocals, alive piano sounds, all fine. The voice calling noise reduction works fine too, good choice clarity on the other side.

Best headphones I have ever used in my life and have used dozens! If you are in doubt if you will buy it, don't have it! The sound is loud and very quality, it is super comfortable, it does not even look like it is wearing headphones, it is beautiful, and the materials are all quality. Besides the amazing unboxing experience!
